Should Have को हिंदी में “ चाहिए था “ कहते है और इसका प्रयोग पास्ट के किसी एक्शन को लेकर पछतावा करने के लिए होता है यानि should have का प्रयोग past के किसी action के लिए करते है जिसे हम बदल नहीं सकते केवल उसके बारे में बात कर सकते है या पछतावा।

Identification of Should have

If any sentence ends with ” चाहिए था, चाहिए थी, चाहिए थे. We use “should have” as helping verb.
