Is, Am, Are meaning in Hindi
वैसे तो Is Am Are को हिंदी में ” है, हूँ, हो ” के नाम से जाना जाता है पर इससे पूरा Clear नहीं होता है की ” है, हूँ, हो ” से अंत होने वाले वाक्यों में Is Am Are का ही प्रयोग होगा।

वो समझता है।
He understands.
मै खा चूका हूँ।
I have Eaten.
तो देखा आपने ऊपर दिए गए दोनों sentences में ” है, हूँ” आया है पर इसमें Is Am Are का प्रयोग नहीं हुआ है। तो अब आपको क्लियर हो गया होगा की ” है, हूँ, हो ” से अंत होने वाले Sentences में जरूरी नहीं है की ” Is Am Are” का ही प्रयोग हो। अब आप ये पूछेंगे की फिर इनका प्रयोग कहाँ होता है।

- Is, Am, Are [ Be Verb]
- Present Continuous Tense
Is, Am, Are [ Be Verb] क्या होता है?
Is, Am, Are एक Be Verb है अगर आपको Be Verb का मतलब नहीं पता तो मै आपको बता दू की Be का मतलब होता है “होना या बनना” यानि Be Verb के Sentence से पता चलता है की ” कोई कही है, कोई कुछ है, कुछ किसी का है” यानि Be Verb कुछ न कुछ होने की बात करता है। और ऐसे वाक्यों में Be Verb के अलावा यानि Is, Am, Are के अलावा कोई दूसरा verb का प्रयोग नहीं होता।
Example:
वो चोर है।
He is a thief.
तुम कहा हो?
Where are you?
वो इंटेलीजेंट है।
He is Intelligent.
देखा आपने ऊपर दिए गए sentences में be verb के अलावा यानि Is, Am, Are के अलावा और कोई दूसरा Verb यानि Action Verb का प्रयोग नहीं हुआ है।

Another use of Is, Am, Are
Present continuous Tense
जिस वाक्य के अंत में ” रहा है, रही है, रहे है” आता है तो उसे Present continuous Tense कहते है इस Tense में Is,Am, Are के साथ Verb में Ing का भी प्रयोग होता है। यहाँ Is,Am, Are का प्रयोग main verb के तौर पर ना होकर helping verb के तौर पर होता है।
